Aventurine is a type of quartz - mica and fuchsite particles in the quartz give the stone it's green colour and slight sparkle. A stone for the Heart Chakra, it can also help to bring positivity, calm a quick temper and encourage love.

Citrine - looking to bring some positivity and joy to your world? Known as the 'Happy Stone', citrine is the yellow form of quartz and can help to bring sunshine and joy to your life. Citrine can also assist with prosperity and has a strong connection to the Solar Plexus Chakra.

Hematite - if it's blocking negativity, grounding and calming yourself then hematite could be the stone for you. Associated with the Root Chakra, hematite is a stone of over 70% iron and it's name stems from the Greek aematitis lithos, meaning blood stone, for the red colour it displays when in the form of powder. When polished it produces a beautiful metallic-like finish that is cool to the touch.

Tiger Eye - find the courage and determination you need to help achieve your goals with tiger eye. A well-known brown and gold stone, tiger eye has a beautiful chatoyancy - this flash is said to resemble the "eye of a tiger" and that is where the name comes from. It assists with strength, courage, perception, insight and is connected to the Sacral Chakra.
