Plan Ahead for Holiday Shipping!
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, it’s important to place your orders before the shipping deadlines. Below, you’ll find the key dates to keep in mind, based on our shipping partners, UPS and Purolator. Don’t wait—shop early to avoid any last-minute stress!
- December 16th - UPS | Last day to ship by Ground for delivery across Canada (domestic).
- December 13th - Purolator | Last day to ship by Ground for delivery to the United States (international)
- December 10th - Purolator | Last day to ship via Purolator to Australia, Caribbean, Mexico, South and Central America, Western Europe (included the United Kingdom, France, and Germany)
- December 8th - Purolator | Last day to ship via Purolator to East Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia.

Canada Post - Strike
Due to the ongoing strike with Canada Post, we will be suspending all shipping services using Canada Post until further notice. Moving forward, any orders placed from Canada (domestic) will be sent with UPS or Purolator. Shipments to the USA will be sent using Purolator ground shipments. Shipments to all other countries will be sent using Purolator Express International shipments.
Shipping Policy
We strive to fulfill and ship your orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, though fulfillment can take up to 3 business days. In rare cases, we may require additional details or address corrections, which could delay shipping until we have resolved the issue with you.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
- Free Shipping: Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via UPS. If you require a specific service, please contact us directly.
- International Orders: We use Purolator for international shipping and are happy to ship worldwide!

Estimated Delivery Times:
- US & Canada: Within 6 business days of dispatch
- International: Within 11 business days of dispatch
Please note that delivery timelines are subject to postal service conditions and external factors like weather or local delays, which are beyond our control. Orders to Australia, in particular, may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order.
Important Notes on Shipping
- We always use tracked shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
- If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or misplaced, contact us promptly so we can file a claim with UPS.
Responsibilities & Policies
- Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates. Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an error results in an “Undeliverable” package, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees. Undeliverable orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- Once your package is marked as delivered, its safety becomes your responsibility. Refunds for lost or stolen items are not available, but UPS may assist in recovery efforts.
