Quartz
Clear or white Quartz is often found in crystal form and is the most often sought after for its healing or crystal properties. Quartz is said to receive, activate, store, transmit and amplify energy. It is also said to be an emotional balancer as it dispels negativity. It is the stone used most often for meditation.

Some believe that amethyst has calming and protective qualities and that wearing amethyst will increase inspiration and intuition

Plating:

Rhodium plated jewellery is made from a base metal alloy that is coated in a thin layer of rhodium for extra strength and luster. Jewellery plated in rhodium is shinier and more durable than other metals. Rhodium plating does not scratch, dent, or corrode and retains its luster (see chain care below).

Gold plated jewellery is made from a base metal alloy that is coated in a thin layer of genuine gold for extra strength and luster. Jewellery plated in gold uses 14 karat or 18 karat gold for a beautiful, shiny luster.

This stone requires special care - exposure to water and other chemicals, such as lotions or perfumes, will damage it over time. If you polish the jewellery, avoid polishing the stones itself. A silver-cleaning dip should never be used with this piece.

Chain care: It is recommended that the chains are not submerged in water or jewellery cleaning chemicals to best protect the finish. Oils in your skin may also wear out the finish over time, so for best long-lasting results, wear the chain over your clothes instead of directly against the skin.
