Blue Lace Agate Tumble

Blue lace agate is one of the most popular agates because of its beautiful light blue or lavender color, which is often lined with white stripes or bands.  Because of these unusual stripes no two pieces of blue lace agate are exactly alike. The stone usually comes from Africa although there is a small find in southern British Columbia. Expert gem cutters carefully select the rock and cut to produce the stones with the best color patterns.

Some believe that agate strengthens the body and mind and may act as a powerful healer.  Whatever your belief's, may you enjoy your piece of blue lace agate.
